Complaint Review: American Credit Solutions

I placed an order from American Credit Solutions about 4 months back and I received few items. The items that I got 3 wasn't what I ordered. I don't know if I'm going to get the rest of my order. I just spoke to a rep and she said that they couldn't tell me that was shipped or not. That's really funny for a company that has a computer should be able to tell if the product went out or not. I think she was just stalling and said to send them a letter of the wrong products. That's all she could tell me. If a company can't give you that kinds of answers shouldn't be in business. They just trying to rip me off and since they can't give me the answer I wanted that's why I'm writing. But I will try to write to them but it may come back I don't know. I will be in touch.
