American Credit Solutions ripoff Tampa Florida
I feel like such a fool! I called the # and talked to a Stacey Jones. I just wanted to find out what was going on, before I knew it, I had provided the information she wanted. After she hung up, I had second thoughts and called my bank and stopped any transfer of funds to this company. I will try to call customer service at ACS just to be on the record. I tried calling the number on the card sent me and they told me they cannot cancel the transaction, I must wait until tomorrow. Hopefully, the bank will never transfer the $ (they have stopped payment on both a check and an electronic transfer).

I called customer service today and they have told me i must call back on the 30th when they get the report from my bank stopping payment on the electronic funds. I made it clear that we can do this a harder way by calling an uncle who is a US Judge but they stuck to their story. I have made certain that the bank is not releasing the funds and will call back ACS on the 30th to make certain of this. I made it clear that ACS would not get the $ and asked if we were being recorded, the supervisor (Terry) said yes we were and I informed him that we were on record now and we could this an easy way or a hard way. I don't know that it did any good, but, this group is NOT getting my $.
