Complaint Review: American Credit Solutions

If you have really been the victim of a fraudulent misrepresentation and had money taken from you by American Credit Solutions of Tampa Florida, you NEED to get all your facts together and your documentation together, and contact :

It is against the law to use business practices which are deceptive and intentionally mislead customers, and which cause people to lose money as a result of being victimized by such a scheme.

Of course it is great to complain here, but also, write your experience down with specifics, and send it to the people in Florida who can do something directly.

If you lost $199.95, $325, or even ONE DOLLAR, that is more than any of us can afford to lose to crooks. If they had been stopped by earlier victims before they got to you, you would be a couple hundred dollars richer right now.

Show ACS that you aren't the stupid, helpless marks they think you are. Fight back legally. You have the address now, so get busy!
