Complaint Review: american credit solutions

this company told me simply charging my account w/ $199.95 i will surely be getting a visa/mastercard.So to cut the story short they charge my account via telephone.But they told me if im not satisfied ican return it before 30 days.NOt even using it i return them the package and they assure me they will refund my money back.They receive the package,called them and asked them i they received the package they answered YES!, and they told m they refund already my money in my account.A day....weeks...month has past my money is still not available in the bank. I keep calling them in their number but nobody answer, wrote them a letter no one answer. I already consult the bank about it they they told me they cant do anything about it So please help me.
