American Credit Solutions ripoff thieves dirty rotten scoundrels with no soul Tampa Florida
Tamora Jones from American Credit Solution called me in June of 2002, regarding a $4,000 platinum credit card. All I needed to do was to pay $199.95 from my saving or checking account to get the card. She said that I would received $200.00 worth of coupons to use so I'm actually paying nothing. She explained to me that it was a universal card. I could use it to shop on line or shop from catalogs. She said that after a 3 month period if my payments was on time that they credit amount would be raised to $10,000.
I asked her if you were able to used this credit card on store purchase, restaurant purchases, cash advanced ect. She said yes and that you could get cash advanced. I even let her talk to my girlfriend to verify the card. She told my girlfriend that same things she told me and After 20 minutes of questioning her I gave the ok. Tamora told me that I would receive it in 21 days.
As of july 29, 2002, I still didn't receive my card and they have my money. I called them on July 10, 2002, and told them not to withdraw the money because I was not longer interested in their card. That it has been longer than 21 days to cancel it. They told me no problem (I didn't get the person name). I went to my bank after work on Thursday 7/11/02 and they withdrew the $199.95. I tried to call and of course not open.
On 7/18/2002, I went to the bank to withdrawl money and another $99.95 was withdrawn from my saving account. I did not give permission for this. My bank told me that the companies name was HAC - phone number (866) 888-9157. I called that number and they told me to pushed #8 for a $99.95 debt to your bank account. I push the 8 and they said to call (866) 849-1964. of course they were closed.
I am assuming that this company is using possible different names to withdraw money. I doing to contact the attorney general's office and the better business bureau in my state and any one else that will listen.

Dear RipOffReport.com,
First, let us commend you on providing a valuable service to the internet community.
Also, please allow us to clarify the we are NOT associated with the "American Credit Solutions" company in Tampa, FL, that is sending out credit card offers in the mail.
As you may know, our domain name (www.American-Credit-Solutions.com) is not copyrighted, and as such is open for anyone to use without authorization from us. For some reason, THEY and WE are using an identical name.
I wish to reiterate, we are NOT associated with that company in ANY manner. We receive countless emails from people asking about the credit card offer they received in the email (many of them angry), and we're afraid that the actions of some other company may be affecting our customer confidence. Again, we are NOT associated with the "other" American Credit Solutions. We are located in Gulfport, MS, whereas THEY are located in Tampa, FL.
Thank you for your time. As you can sense, we're a little tense here (getting angry email directed at another company using our name). I hope you can help us clear up this mistaken identity.
