American Digital Alarm Services - Alarm Service is bad business.

They advertise low prices but it is not true -- it's a scam to get your credit card.

The product they sell is of very low quality at a very high price.

Customer service is really bad the company is handled by to people, Ben and Chrystal. They are great when you are buying the services.

I purchased my equipment back in March 2012 and as of October 2012 I still dont have service. However, my credit card had been getting billed.

I tried returning the product and stopping the service but there is a long and complicated and confusing process. In addition, they never follow through.

Please DO NOT buy from them. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation.

It's a scam !!!  It's a ripoff !!!
