I have been waiting weeks for my order. They do not reply to emails, return phone calls or when you do reach them after you file a complaint with Amazon, bribe you to remove the negative rating you justly gave them. Jean and Oscar are 2 lying idiots.
I suggest anyone who has an order with this company thru Amazon go do and A to Z claim because if they do not send the order on time you get your money back even though you finally may even recieve it.
I have complained to Amazon at reports@amazon.com and it does no good. They don't care about customers at all. Just are money hungry.

On Friday, July 21 Amazon finally did the right thing and closed them down. It may be temporary but if you have had any problems with them, please contact Amazon at reports@amazon.com. It could help in permently keeping them from selling there. I think you should also read the negative feedback from customers there.
I tried talking to the gentleman there and all I got was, we are so sorry. We will send it again and would you please change the rating you gave us to a 5. Heck no! You got what you deserved idiot!
