We rented an rv frome american dream vacation site first rental was double booked so we had to change the date of our rental. When we showed up to pickup the rv the one we reserved they stated was having wiring issues so we upgraded to a more expensive unit and once we started on the trip to Florida from Texas we got 800 miles into the trip and the rv started having issues with the electronic steps then they ac was having issues so we called and reported it and the person stated he would call back. We never had a call back so we were on a time sensitive schedule and would lose our other reservations so we could not turn around. Not once did we get assistance to get it fixed so we wrre stuck having to subject our children to a unairconditioned trip in the unit.then when we complained again we were told lies then upon returning the rv unit we were not compensated for anything told our deposit refund would take ten days and they were recording us and the manager was completely rude. We had to suffer and endure a miserable trip due to the scam this company is running they lie and take your money and you are at their mercy. One of our children has medical issues and this is why we rented an rv to take the trip it cost us $4400 to ride in a faulty hot box for 2400 miles on a 9 day trip. I hope whom ever reads this will consider other options it is not worth it to do business with this company. We own a business ourselves and would never treat our customers in this manner. Our kids were so hot on the way home we had to stop every half hour to cool them off because of the summer temperature outside the fans didn't help. This ruined our vacation to disney and universal studios Orlando. Dont let this happen to you.
