Complaint Review: American Duchess Historical Footwear

We have had longstanding problems with this person when she had a business (no longer in operation) of sewing clothing for people. We have had to file complaints against her in the past and have even had to involve her local police at one time. This company owner continues to use the internet to stalk and harass us online. She has made false allegations and lied online as well.

She was given fabric belonging to us and paid for by us to make an item we had also paid for. She lied about the fabric, and stole the remainder of it, keeping it for herself and using is to construct items for her own benefit and the benefit of her businesses (by blogging about it online).

She is a liar and a thief. Many of her shoes are of substandard quality, with fabic running in the wrong direction, etc.

ALL documents pertaining to this person are in our possession and our attorneys. We have, and he has all the proof, including the fact that this woman fabrics and makes false reports in retaliation. All of her accusations were completely unsubstantiated and were easily refuted and proven false.

We recommend that anyone thinkging about doing business with American Duchess take their business elsewhere.
