Complaint Review: American Eagle Door

The American Eagle Door Co did a repair job on our garage door on a Saturday. They charged over $800 - we paid since we were in a bind - it being the weekend, etc and we could not get our cars out of the garage.

Now it has been only 8 weeks later, and our garage door fell off AGAIN - and they refuse to come do any work. They are saying it is due to weather (high winds) and would charge us again for any work that is done.
We feel like we have been taken advantage of!

We are once again without our vehicles and the garage door is hanging dangerously by the wires. The work they did 8 weeks ago was poor and did stand up to normal wear and tear.

America Eagle Door practices bad business and does not stand behind their work or their customers.
