Complaint Review: American Elite Media

My son has been scammed by 3 magazine subcrition services.  He did sign up for one service (none of  the above), now 2 more (all of the above) claim that he has a commitment foir 2 years.  Now, take in to consideration that my son is a full time college student and has no job.  This is kind of hard to beleive.  They claim to have spoken to him on his cell phone.  I did hear the "taped" converstations, but find them hard to believe.  Our son is not a liar or a wasteful person. On top of the fact that he is Dyslexic and reading is not his favoite.  This first started with Rolling Stone and the mags have multiplied like rabbits.  Now we are getting porn.  I think the 3 companies are using the same recording and doctoring them up.  We have no paper work or any other kind of written documentation.  I am not taking this laying down.  Any one have advice?
