Complaint Review: American Entertainment Distributors

Ordered a Box office Express on 5/3/2004. A site was established to place the machine and phone lines were installed. Also, the company did not order the correct machine and without consulting me the company went ahead and ordered a machine that cost me extra money as well as the credit card Merchant service and the lap top that they advised me to purchase for on-site downloading. As to date 10/5/2004, we have not recieved a machine or any coraspondence from the company. I have made more than a dozen attempts to contact them via - telephone, fax and e-mail, and I have not gotten any response, AT ALL!
