Complaint Review: American Equity

My dad has a policy with American Equity.  I also have power of Attorney for my dad.  This year, he injured his head and has been diagnosed with traumatic brain injury.  I tried to with draw money from his account and they said because of a certain section in the power of attorney document, they would not allow me to withdraw funds.  I believe they are doing this so they do not have to pay anything out because my dad intended to close the account with them.
