American Express - AMEX Business/ Fairfield Resorts And Wyndam Resorts. American Express practices fraud as they partake in allowing Fairfield Resorts charge fraudulent charges to consumers crediit card and refused to verify customers authorization & Signiture. FT LAUDERDALE/ Rhode Island Florida/

During the 4th of July of 2006. I was invited to fairfield resorts in Rhode Island, a time share. FairField Resorts goes under the name of wyndam resorts. anyway the resorts representative was given my credit card and ID CARD as a process of verification for identification. fairfield resorts where not authorized to charge my credit card.

finally as my id and cards where returned another representative mistakenly returned my cards stating the charges where declined. I immediatley exhibited that i was not satisfied for NOOOOOOO ONEEEEE was given permission to charge my cards.

American Express was contacted as I contacted them, a alert , red flag went off because they not only charged my card once but several times, as reported by American express. I was informed the charges where declined ok great. a month or so later these charges appeared on my statement. AMEX stated the matter would be resolved and the funds credited to my account, this never happened and a year or so later i contact the executive offices seeking a resolve i forwarded document after documents to AMEX. by this time they are attempting to stick me with the charge.

therefore, to bring this matter to a end. I requested a copy of the reiceipt with my signiture to verify the charges where fraugulent and my credit card was stolen as well as identity theft, upon the practices of fair field resorts and american express.

at present amex has not removed the charges, nor have they forwarded any reciepts with my signature. If you can avoid using AMEX, please do there customer service is corporate welfare ,rip off. also avoid Fairfield Resorts.

These charges are presently on my credit report as a charge off.
