 I have used my Amex Bluebird Prepaid Credit Card via Walmart for several years.  Recently the card was used to make 4 ATM withdrawals in Mexico for a total of 1,234.00.  Although I live and was in New Jersey at the time; and had the card in my wallet.  AMEX claims that I authorized the withdrawals and as a result refuse to credit the funds, and have also closed my account.  Of course whenyou call the Customer Service number provided, no one can help or cannot tell the actual reason why the account was closed, and cannot offer any support since the account is closed.  Only help offered was to read Terms and Conditions on-line which say we can close your account at anytime for any reason.  POOR SERVICE!!!!
