 Recently, I enrolled in direct deposit with an American Express prepaid card. I had heard good things and read some good reviews. My most recent check was deposited on 9/5/14. According to a customer service representative, there was some sort of "glitch" with an ATM that I had gone to on 9/5/14. I checked my transactions on the computer and it showed that I had taken $100 out at a Walmart. This, however, did not happen. The first rep that I spoke to told me to wait 24-48 hours and it would "correct itself". I waited 4 days, and today, a rep, a supervisor and a ,manager have been unable to help me. This is MY money, MY pay check, that I earned. They tell me to wait, I have bills to pay and a friends wedding to go to. I can not wait. I live pay check to pay check and they do not care.I also have 3 kids and an electric bill due. Should I tell the electric bill that they have to wait until AmEx does the rright thing? If I miss the wedding, can AmEx redo that???
