Complaint Review: american family insurance

american family insurance and state farm amfam is my insurance and i was in accidant in the parking lot i was going straight i was going to pass a stop sign and of which i did not have to stop it was a one way stop sign of which i was passing by

the other driver didnt look both ways before going through the stop sign and so went trougnh the stop sign turning left. so i started turn left. i tryed to evade from hitting her but to eval but i did not call the police to file a report. now state farm says im 80% and the driver is 20% fault from all this .it not how who at fault it how this claim was delt with. i was not notifyed about what was going on with the claim and terrible communication between insurance to insurance anfam hanged up on me twice, its been two month and a half no phone callls to inform me.

now would take them to court but there is not much evidents no eye witness to say what happened. but the ony reason i am filing this report is because either diver has got ther car fixed from my under standing over all this was handled terribly
