American Family Insurance-House Insurance THIS COMPANY PUT US THROUGH HELL, WHEN OUR HOUSE BURNT LAST YEAR. WE LOST EVERYTHING AND HAD TO STAY IN A MOTEL FOR 2 WKS WITHOUT ANY FUNDS. OUR INS. WAS PAID THE AGENT DID NOT TURN IN ON TIME. IT IS ALL UP TO YOUR AGENT! Neosho Missouri

WE LOST OUR HOUSE LAST YEAR IN A ELECTRICAL FIRE. A PERSON HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE IN THIS DEVASTATING SITUATION UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU. THANK GOD FOR THE AMERICAN RED CROSS. THEY DESERVE ALOT OF THANKS FROM US. IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN TO YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN ,WHY THEY HAVE TO LIVE IN A MOTEL FOR 2 WKS IN THE WINTER.ALSO THEY HAVE LOST ALL THEYRE PERSONAL BELONGINGS. WHILE OUR AGENT NEVER ONCE ASK HOW WE WERE,OR WHAT HE COULD DO TO HELP WE HAD TO RELY ON THE ADJUSTER. MISERBLE IN MISSOURI.
