Complaint Review: American Fence Builders Inc

Walter Ferguson was paid to install wood fencing with equine fencing, post and equine fencing, electric fence, 12’ gate and 6’ gate, electric gate opener, keypad and solar panels. I paid for half my materials upfront since he was just starting up. I have uneven wood fencing in the front of my home that is rotting and coming down. Two gates I have to manually open and close twice each time I exit and enter my property, incomplete fencing, no electric fence and a burned up control panel. He worked about 3 hrs per day on the days he did show and spent the majority of that time was spent smoking pot. Upon inspection in the yard I have all text request for my contract, insurance information and every excuse made regarding when/where I would get my contract, request for receipts. I received 3 receipts from convenient stores and that was it. After checking Sunbiz for their “license statusâ€Â they are listed as no longer after. This was done only months after they did my job
