After signing up for American financial card it took about three months for me to get the infomation on how to use this program. They took the 200.00 from my bank account prior to the information. They used the fires that where occuring at the time in the Largo as an excuse.

Then the where updation ther online purchasing web site and that took another month. Once that was done I still couldn't log on. Their excus was I was left out of the update and it took another three week to finally log on.

I attempted three times to order online to no avail. I called them on the phone and placed an order at the end of Oct 2007. I have not received this order. Sent three e-mails and attempted to call and got a recording that all lines where busy and to call back later.

Since I been a member the have taken out 60.00 additional funds for their fees. This has been the worst organization I have ever came across and they should be shut down.

After Americian Financial card sent me an email stating my account was closed on Febuary 18th, 2008 with a conformation number they wtill charged me a 30.00 fee through my bank with an electronic check> This company should be closed down and criminal charged be filed.
