A friend got ripped off for a lot of money and they wont respond to her calls. The BBB says "The Better Business Bureau has contacted this company on numerous occasions in an effort to resolve outstanding customer issues.
However, despite BBB efforts, the company has failed to resolve complaints concerning advance payment for cards not received and has failed to cooperate with the BBB in resolving the customer issues." Also look for a second address :211 Donaldson Pike, Nashville, TN 37214
