Complaint Review: AMERICAN FIRST AUTO PROTECT

I purchased the Platinum Warranty from America First Auto Protect 8 months ago. 3 weeks ago the Airconditioning unit in my vehicle stopped working. I took the car to an authorized dealer for repair and asked them to get in touch with American First Auto Protect. Despite the repair shop's best efforts they were unable to get an authorization from American First Auto Protect.

I then tried to contact them and after calling dozens of times over 3 weeks was unable to get any response. I believe that American First Auto Protect has blocked our numbers and obviously has no intention of honoring their contractual obligation. This business is a scam.

I paid $3,800 for 48 months coverage on the following: Engine Transmission Cooling System Turbo/Supercharger Electrical System Drive Axle Brake System 4X4, AWD 24/7 Road Side Out Of Gas Dead Battery Trip Interruption Towing Steering System Air Conditioning Fuel System Abs – Brakes Suspension Seals Gaskets GPS
