American freedom insurance company Denied my insurance claim because I used my car to drive to work Mount Prospect Illinois
My insurance claim was denied after hitting a deer on 08/02/2017. They said they denied my claim because I was using my car for business purposes though I was just driving to work every day and in no way used my car for any business or commercial use. They told me it was against my policy to drive over 50 miles a day when I never signed anything on the application that stated anything like that. I had full coverage and at the time of the accident I was driving home from a job interview.
