Do not buy from these people!!!


After buying my furniture I had noticed on my receipt that it didn't have anything about the warranty or protection guard on them, when asked before I ever left the store, I was told that I didn't need it on my paper work because they have it in the computer, but that was a lie. Now that I am having problems with my furniture, all they want to say is you didn't purchase the warranty or protection guard.


I find it odd that I called Jesse on 11-28-2009 and he remembered me and the furniture that I had purchased, but says he gave me these other perks for free, (go figure they have an excuse for everything) If he can remember me and the furniture that I bought, why can't he remember the most important thing of buying new furniture. Is it that he suffers from CRS ( can't remember sh*t )


My husband and I bought furniture from this store, along with the protection guard and the 10 year warranty. After having my furniture replaced not once but twice, the couch is broken down on one side only, the recliner has always leaned to the right from the day it was brought into my home, and not to mention it is the wrong recliner, and now that it needs to be repaired they want to say that I never purchased the ten year warranty or the protection guard, but if this was in fact the truth why did they replace it two other times? (LIARS)
