American Furniture- Dallas Charged my credit card two $198.00 charges without authorization and refused to take back merchandise after I disputed it Internet

I purchased a Mattress and Boxsprings from American Furniture - Dallas.

The purchase was $480.00- which was charged to my credit card.

The next day I had two additional pending charges of $198

I spoke to the owner and conferenced in the bank- the owner said its the banks issue.  I explained at this point I am returning the merchandise because I am not comfortable with my card being charged without my permission.

He said it was not his business that charged it, then changed his story that he refunded $80, then changed his story to it must have run through twice, then changed his story to the person who ran it made a mistake and charged the $198 twice, then changed his story to they are only "pending" charges and have not been paid out yet. Then blamed the bank.

I had a mover return the mattress, the owner "Mike" would not take it - and locked the doors and left.

Do NOT use this company.  I have filed a claim with my bank, I am reporting them to the BBB and anyone else I can.
