AMERICAN FURNITURE WAREHOUSE GETTING RICHER BY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AURORA Colorado
I purchased $4,495.00 worth of merchandise from American Furniture Company (AF), Aurora, CO on April 10, 2015. The purchase included a mattress set which are still under warranty. On November 27, 2016 per stipulation from AF, I completed the requested documentation for an inspection of the defective mattress which sinks while sleeping and does not rise up. A representative from the company on December 12, 2016 arrived at the residents and took photographs of the mattress. The representative specially stated that the photographs would be presented to an inspector for addition service and someone could telephone me as to the status. To date, after paying AF $4,495.00 dollars and a mattress set still under warranty I have not received a reply.I had encounter issues of receiving the necessary documents for completing the transaction
