Complaint Review: American General Contractors Agency Maximo Leon

when maximo called to see if my company was interestd in installing some tvs for him ,he aked me for workers compensation. I told him I didnt have any he responded by telling me no worries ,he could provide one for me. when I send him some money he came back to me that it was not enough ,He need it more so we can Procede with contract.when I told him I wasnt going to send him anymore the phone calls and emails stopped and now he doesnt want to return my money.Its only $255 but The principle of the trasaction isthe thing that kills me .He said It Was a latino company That are just looking for latino companyes like mine to do business with.He give all latinos a Bad name.I also found out that johnny Castro has a fake company that doesnt  exist on the map,both of them are conected and dont trust them.
