Complaint Review: American Hallmark Floor Design Floor Works Wisconsin Flooring Wood Floor Center Joe Quaerna

When you pay for select, you want select right? Well if you hire Floor Works, AKA Wisconsin Flooring, American Hallmark Floor Design, A.H.F.D., or Wood Floor Center what you pay for and what you get are two different things! Want a clear grade? You might get lucky and get select, but theres a good chance you will get either a 2nd grade, or a 2 Common instead. Occationally its nt even the same species! Select Hickory Replaced with 3rd grade maple? Most people can't tell the difference, and thats what joe counts on! or if they can, once its in, 9 out of ten will let it slide buy. Sorry to say this just isn't right! In madison Wisconin and all over WI there are countless cases where The owner of Floor Works in Cottage Grove WI has done this! He doesnt just do this to small residential customer, but also Builders show case, Madison Homes, and many more! All Joe cares about is collecting the check, ripping unions off, getting to the bank to drain the corperate accounts into hidden personal accounts. Half the time even his own payroll account checks bounce! He pays his sails guy sallory, cash, and commition, while he shorts his hourly employees hours every week. His sanders have been trained to be a joke, they use one grit of paper and take one pass if your lucky! Sometimes it looks alright, others they send someone back 5 and 6 times, and its never quite right. Usually the customer gets sick of it, and quits calling. If you want your closets, cupboards, and medicine cabinet raded then there definately a company you want to hire. Back at the shop they brag about what they get away with and short cuts they take, Osha would love these guys, they pull the panel and alegator click into the breaker panels. No one in the company is even licences to touch a panel! There has been reports of The sanding crew eating peoples food, prescription drugs missing from medicine cabinets, and brand new T-shirts that misteriously wind up missing. Pay day come around and joe thinks he can pull s**t like Joe Quaerna tax, he literally marked a paystub Randy F. tax on another guys paystub, then shredded the evidence! He does not like giving out pay stubs, because then people would know hes shorting them on hours. He will tell you your making one thing, tell you your claiming 1 or zero, and at the end of the year you sit and do the math you were really making way less and he has you down for either 2 or 3 dependence! Needless to say social security, unemployment and tax returns are all messed up because of it! The list doesnt stop there, but I will leave it to your imagineation as to how bad it really is. Dont believe me, hire them to do a job, then waite 3 to 5 months and get a job there. You'lle find everything I have posted here is true, and its not even close to the worste of it!!! If hes at fault he will find a way to blame his crue! He hires guys knowingly that have drug and acohol addiction because no one in there right mind believe an attick or drunk. Joe has had drunk driving tickets himself, he buys his way out of thing with the money hes scammed for years, but will leave his own friends familly, and workers rot for way less! http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl go there and type in joe* Quaerna or jos* Quaerna / hes also on DMV records as having both the middle initial T. and P. / thats why with outstanding tickets he can still register half of his work vehicles. He will also demand you drive vehicles that arent registered or be fired, or put through hell as long as you work for him. If you don't have a licence, he will require you to drive. Theres no choise or you wont get paid, and will have no chance of bettering your life from there.
