Complaint Review: American Hardwood Flooring

It appears in looking at the search for this company that they are operating in several states not just Nevada and Georgia. I am filing with the State of George and the State of Nevada consumer affairs divisions of the attorney general office. I will also file with the FTC.

These people take your money as many of you know and then dont deliever for months. I called the NMFA and Bonnie told me that she believes the delays are a result of them batching orders. They promise up front that they will deliver in 6 to 8 weeks and as others have said they not return calls, you cant get through their lines most of the time, they dont respond to email, my order does not evecn show up on their trace delivery site.

The consumer affairs of Georgia told me that they had to disclose that it would take the 6 to 10 months that people are experiencing and that their disclaimer does not cut it. The NWFA has had numerous complaints on this company.

I guess this is a lesson learned.. I have totally had it and am going to take legal action. This is not right!!!
