I got my money back in full. I filed paper work at the bank on this company to stop pay the electronic transfer of money. Even though it was weeks since I paid them, they was able to stop payment on that transfer and get my money back in my account. They also blocked them from taking any more of my money... The bank assures me they can not get any money back out of my accounts. It took about two weeks but I am so happy!!!

Now I am going to buy my flooring from a ligitimate company. They do have a new website, it is not linked from the old site, just do another search you should find it. Same number. I talked to Adam the guy who did both sites and asked him if it was a legitimate company. He said it was questionable though they did pay him regularly. I asked who paid him and he said a Kathleen Johnson, but he also indicated that might not be her real name.

Anyway I want everyone who has outstanding claims against this company to please go to your bank immediately and get your money back. I do still plan to file with the Attorney General's for the State of California, State of Nevada and State of Georgia. They are all anxious to get my documentation!!!! Best of Luck and run, not walk to your banks!!!

Again contact your banks. I got my money back. Since my post the new website is down and all related sites are down. Contact your Attorney General and the Attorney General for Nevada and Georgia. I suspect this company has more company names and sites on the net they are operating from...
