Complaint Review: American Hardwood Flooring USA

We have had a terrible experience with American
Hardwood flooring USA. We placed an order believing that our wood would be delievered within 3 1/2 weeks. Nearly 3 months later, we realize that we will probably never get our wood.

They keep saying 1 - 2 more weeks until the container with our wood reaches the U.S. - I have no confidence that it will arrive after reading all the compliants.

Would appreciate any info - 1) has anyone ever gotten their wood? 2) Is anyone else waiting for Walnut (and if so - how long?) 3) Has anyone gotten a refund ? 4) Any advice on taking legal action and finally, 5) has anyone tried to have their bank help get the cash back?

Any advice/info would be appreciated.
