Complaint Review: American Hardwood Floors

We ordered our hardwood floor back in early December and we were told that our floor would be delivered in approximatly 4 weeks. The company was very anxious for us to make our decision and send them our money..They sent us samples and our line of communication was good.

Then after they received our money we no longer heard from them. We have attempted numerous times to gather information as to when our floor will arrive... We were told that it would arrive in two weeks... which of course it did not..

We have called many many times and each time we got the run around about delivery. Now we tried again and found that the number has been disconnected. And the website is also no longer functioning... What are we to think? We did a search on the internet to find out that others have also been treated this way.

We are not sure if it is a scam or if they are overrun with orders or out of buisness. I hope we hear soon about our floor. We read on here that someone else may actually get their floor. I hope they do...so that we can rest knowing this is not a scam.
