American Health Protect automatic billing ripoff Miami Florida
No authorization or contact info to cancel ....
Received a "billing notification" letter from an unknown company, American Health Protect. Letter said credit card would be billed $12.95 automatically each month via some group called Consumer Assist Network Association.
Lists hours for calling customer service but no phone number, e-mail or street address only a PO Box.
We never signed up for anything with such a company and cannot make any contact to determine if they have our card information.
This is clearly a scam. We don't even know how they got our contact information.
