Complaint Review: American Health Solutions

I was contacted by "Jeremy" with American Health Solutions to get a health/medical policy. He was very nice and polite and informative, the only problem is that all that stopped the minute they got my money for the premium. He asked me for the doctors I use and he would check to see if they were in netowrk, and said they were, but the next day when I made appointments I got calls back stating they don't take this coverage and my visit would not be covered. I called Jeremy back and got hung up on several times, I called back after hours and left several voicemails with no response, I called the main number and it says my call cannot be completed. I called the main health number and it just says to leave a name and number and they will you back, which they don't! I then tried again and was put on hold for a long period of time, a recording comes on that says if you would like a scheduled call back so you don't lose your place press star, and when you do, it hangs up on you! Do NOT talk to or do businss with the bull crap scam of a "company" unfortunetely around this time of the year when you enroll or re-enroll with a health provider and you search on line and put your information in, you get 30 phone calls from all over the states, he was one of those. It's just sad because it makes it hard when a legitimate health insurance company calls for you to trust that they are legit and you are getting what you aske for and promised! Beware!!
