American Heritage Building Consultants, Dale, a representative of American Heritage Building Consultants INC. cashed my home morgage disbursement check with the promise to get mw home repair contractors seven months ago. no Dale, no money, no repairs, ripoff Chicago Illinois
In April of 2006, I refinanced via Delta Funding for the purpose repairing my Credit, and some serious home repairs such as window replacments.
My disbursement check of $36000 apparently was transferred from Delta Funding located in Long Island to American Heritage Building Consultants Inc. located in Chicago.
In April, Dale came to my house with my check he convinced me that I had to relinguish the check for him to arrange a contractor at a reasonable cost.Since I work 16 hours a day I knew that It would be a long time to arrange a contractor.
Dale left with my check, never to see it again, and no contractor. I called Delta Funding to be told that the check was cashed in April 2006.
After numerous calls, I can never contact Dale. In september, I called Delta Funding, then immediately I received a Cancellation Letter via FedEx dated October 3,2006. I immediately sent it back dated )ctober6,2006. Again, no money.
I am upset, and angry, and broke mostly because I have tried to perform the repairs by myself. I think I deserve my disbursement money.
