Everything that was written has been substantiated and proven, concluding with the license suspension and order that the suspension remain in effect for five years. The unfortunate part is that the "owner" of this so called company will never learn, and will always be out to cheat, steal and lie, the very thing he accuses others of doing. Funny thing about Karma, it always comes home to roost. Unfortunate for clients that purchased this over-priced, faulty and dangerous item. Now that the company has closed, where to turn for repairs becomes an issue. Shameful scam, just shameful. Perhaps if the owner had been born in the United States and learned the value of earning a dollar, as opposed to bilking senior citizens, the company, and the customers, would have fared better.

This contractor had their Contractor's license REVOKED for the following reasons:

Willful disregard of plans and specifications or failing to complete the job in a good workmanlike manner, failing to complete a project for the price stated, willful disregard of building laws, employment of unregistered home improvement salesman, model home "kickback" prohibition, failing to comply with contract requirements, failing to fulfill the requirement that the contractor's license number be placed on all contracts, subcontracts, calls for bid and other forms of advertising, false advertising, and acting as a contractor out of name style.

I DO believe that proof of all violations were obtained before your license was revoked, it's not done on "hearsay".

You can always go to the CLCB website to check if a contractor's license is valid. The website address is www.cslb.ca.gov
