Complaint Review: American Home Mortgage Service Inc

I cannot beleive that everyone is having the same trouble with AHMSI as I am! In Nov of 2009 AHMSI got our account from Taylor Bean and Whitaker.  In Dec of 2010 we received a letter from AHMSI stating in Aug 2009 (yes 2009) we missed a payment when we were with TB&W. When I call to ask AHMSI to explain, I was told because of the missed payment (before they even had my account) they had to do TWO "payment reversals". they could not explain why they did do two reversals or even what a payment reversal was.  

I have been trying to get this fixed for 5 month to no avail. everytime I talk to someone over there then can't speak english and I get conflicting information. One person told me I had extra money in a "miscellaneous account" and if I sent an additional $147.08 it would release all the money in the miscellaneous account and everything would be fine. That additional money didn't help anything. 

I am getting calls from them every couple of nights. Non of these people even read the notes on my account before they call me. I have to explain things over and over and none of them can do anything to help me.  

I have sent two faxes showing all our bank statements which proves we have NEVER missed a payment and told them that their records we wrong. Today, April 29, 2011 AHMSI said their Resolution Department would have an answer for me re: all the information I sent them. I'm not holding my breath! I'll let everyone know what the Res Dept says.
