American Home Mortgage Services Inc wrongfully foreclosed Irving Texas
ahmsi could not find my wire transfered funds that i sent so they forclosed and sold my house ,after 8 months they found them ,mean while my house was sold i had to spend five thousand dollars on an attourney i was tomove on june 30,2009. and on june 25 2009 the they gaveback the new owner his money and he droped the unlawfull detainer againest case closed. i have been ran over and abused not to mention ,it is already on my credit report does anyone know if i can sue ?
