Complaint Review: american home patient

this company gave me the run around for months about getting a new cpap machine or repairing my old one all they wanted to do is make me get an rx from my doctor so they could charge me for a loaner machine all i wanted is my old machine repaired and they continued giving me the run around for months so i decided to call the company who makes my cpap machine philips and they where in shock by the way american home patient does business they paid for shipment of my machine to be sent back to them for repair so by all means stay away from american home patient there only priority is to make money and they could care less if the patient is suffering because of faulty machines with them it is all about money
