 This company states that it's plan covers repair of items such as dishwashers and AC systems. It has been my experience that they will deny claims for service based on conditions that are not accurate or do not exist such as lack of maintenance (on an AC unit they had repaired 2 months previous), improper installation (on a dishwasher that had been working for 5 years), Code violations(code has not changed since the builder installed and the city inspected). Or my favorite: unusual wear and tear caused by negligence or mistreatment.  I had to pay out of pocket for repair and replacement of expensive components. 

In each case the diagostics by this companies technicians was not correct.  So consumers  like me end up paying the premimums along with the costs of replacing a diswasher, AC or other expensive appliance.  There is no protection or process in place if a consumer wants to dispute the Warrenty company or service technicians work.  When I tried to dispute, they would only send another guy out to charge another 75 service charge, and say sorry, same conconculsion.  Don't buy this warrenty service.  I would like find out how many service requests requiring replacement of a major appliance they actually honor - bet it is few or none.  Its time for a class action suit against these crooks.
