American Home Shield AHS ripoff breach of contract failure to repair or replace Carroll Iowa
My heating/AC unit has been inoperable from 12/05. AHS has sent over 12 technicians, at least 2X a month, and none has been able to repair the sytem. They just put a bandaid on it, and within 2 weeks is broken again.
In spite of two techs recommending replacement, they refuse to approve to replace the unit.
Their service technicians are incompetent, or dishonest. They are unable to repair the system, but they keep on coming out to waste my time and play to AHS tune, if ripping off their customers.
Please contact me for class action lawsuit. After I replace my heat pump unit, I will seek legal remedy.
