Complaint Review: American Home Shield

American Home Shield I called in a service request for my furnace on October 27th. It's been 2 weeks since the call, and my furnace is still inoperative. I have repeatedly called AHS to complain about Century Servicemaster's lack of competent technician(s). They missed appointments repeatedly, and are incapable and unwilling to service the request to repair my furnace. Ripoff Iowa

I called in a service request for my furnace on October 27th. It's been 2 weeks since the call, and my furnace is still inoperative. I have repeatedly called AHS to complain about Century Servicemaster's lack of competent technician(s). They missed appointments repeatedly, and are incapable and unwilling to service the request to repair my furnace. AHS repeatedly responds to my complaints saying, We need to give them the opportunity to fix the problem. But when the technician doesn't show up, AHS simply contacts Servicemaster to reschedule a visit. This cycle has been going on and on for 2 weeks. There's a cold front on the way, and I am without a furnace, and AHS will not send a different company out to repair the furnace.
