I called AHS at 9:00am on Thursday. I had the pump go out on my pool, and needed repair. Preferrably the same day, as I called when the company first opened.

I was told by the first company that it would be Monday. I called AHS backed, and they tried another company, just one who could get to me sometime on Friday.

I worked hard on my pool all summer long. I do not need to replace the water at this time, and had clarity that most would kill for.

At present the choline level is dropping rapidly, as it can not circulate as it should, and AHS plainly states that it is not responsible for any additional damage done to the pool, or surrounding equipment.

This is not the first time that customer service was not given, as with the others I have read, I had simular problems with a hot water heater that went out shortly after buying my home, and it took three days, and two companies before I had a new hot water heater in, as the first repair man did not even look for the problem, and I had a flood in my den, the AHS did not cover any replacement or cleaning of.

If your thinking about this company as a possible warrenty on your home don't. I as others went through my real estate agent, and he was informed not to recommend this converage to any other perpective buyers.

Customer service is non-existant, and basically, they got your money and they do not give a d**n about you.

I can't believe anyone would even post a complaint like this. Think about it you only had to pay ($35-60)and you had a licensed technician come to your home the next day. For most reasonable people next day service would be more than acceptable, especially for a pool. For example. It is simply absurd how many calls I get for emergency dishwasher calls, I dont even have a dishwasher! In conclusion AHS is a company so they must have guidelines in place to quickly and efficiently handle the thousands of calls a day, while making a profit. Im simply tired of hearing customers state that AHS never pays for anything when many customers have had AHS pay over $10,000.
