Complaint Review: AMERICAN HOME SHIELD

This company is very much a rip-off. we took out the insurance on all of my house appliances, then my side by side refrigerator tears up[a small leak in the ice-maker]is the story they gave us, everything went very well at first, they went as far as calling a repair man to come to our home, and we had to pay $45.00 for him to look at it, then he went as far as ordering the parts to fix it, and also received them, then he calls us up to tell us American Home Shield needs to talk to us before he can come out, we call them up and they say my ice maker is not covered under this insurance, my contract does not no where says this is not covered, what do they cover? this company needs to be brought to justice as i see lots of people are complaining, they are stealing money, please help. this refrigerator is no more than 3 yrs old
