American General is a corporate part of SERVICE MASTER COMPANY, if you want to hit them where it hurts, spread the work to not use any of their other companies as well such as Tru-Green, Merry Maids, Furniture Medic, Terminix. Contact your State's Attorney General Office and BBB and file a complaint. Call Clark Howard or go to his website and get help there!!
