They say they will contact you within 4 hours but after numerous calls it takes nearly 24 hours. The service person shows up tell you the fan is out on the air conditioner and says your coil is dirty on the unit. Then they take your $55 and tell you they will call you when the parts are approved by AHS. You receive a call telling you that nothing is covered because the unit was dirty even though having a dirty unit doesn't cause the motor on the fan to go bad. The motor on the fan goes bad with age usually as the reason and normal wear and tear. They tell you $308 for the part which you can get cheaper from other repair people so you are left with your AC pulled apart, minus $55 and nothing but calling another company to repair it or using the rip-off company's contractor. This should be illegal! Realtors need to read up on this and stop pushing these home warranties as a selling tool.
