The call was made three days earlier for an authorized repairman to repair a leak. Was told he would come prepared to do the work.

The first tech was not equipped. Three days later tech said he could detect leak but could not fix and would not recommend running the water again for more than an hour until the plumbing could be replaced. Then told the company that I had exercised my option to have plumbing replaced. Then before doing work said he had authorization and didn't.

Then left me without water for another three days and expects full payment of the estimated cost and says he was not acting as the representative of AHS when he advised the work be done. AHS says their limit per year is $500 and cost of work was $4750 without cleanup costs or repairs to drywall, paint, wallpaper etc. Then plumbing company shares profit with AHS. Thank you very much.
