Complaint Review: American Homeowner Preservation

Horrible company. Don't waste your time with this company. The company claims to be interested in helping people who have had problems making house payments but then turns around and hires and fires 300% of their staff each year and half of the people fired then have problems making house and mortgage payments. The company hires people for short term periods of time and fires people for no reason. Managers are hired with a specialty until the CEO(Jorge Newbery) and COO(Verria Kelly) think they've figured out how to do the managers job(it's a constant brain pick). Managers who put money into the company(invest in the company's latest fund) are kept around longer. Employees who the company thinks have money to invest are strongly encouraged to invest in the company and are kept around until they've invested or the company thinks they might not be able to invest. Everyone gets let go from this company or is fired for no reason. There is no loyalty and the company is not interested in employee retention. They hire some people into management so they can send information into the SEC to convince the SEC they're hiring quality candidates. If you were hired by this company into management and let go a short time later or fired for no reason check the SEC's website to see if they've exaggerated or lied about what your role with the company was. If you see false information about what you did at this company contact the SEC immediately and let them know. Positive reviews on Glassdoor and some of the other review sites written by supposed anonymous employees are usually written by the COO(Verria Kelly).
