Complaint Review: American homes 4 rent

American homes 4 rent by far the worst company out their can't get them to fix anything. Can't get a hold of anyone ever. I had a broken toilet could shut off the water because the shut off value was broken as well .. I called and called my water ran for 3 weeks before I cad could get anyone to come out.  Then took another three days for them to change out toilet and they didn't even fix the shut off value.  

The roof is coming off,, tree dead and I have 5 kids that Like to climb  still to this day have not come out to fix.. Rats mice in the attic well not do anything about..  by far the worst company ever.  If you want to waste your money and be taken for a ride do business with them.. if you want to stay sane do not do business with them.. ...
