American Homes 4 Rent American Homes for Rent, AH4R Poor customer service, follow through Columbus Ohio
I have been renting from American Homes 4 Rent for approximately thirteen months. During this time, I have been without air conditioning for an entire month during the summer and without heat for approximately two weeks in the middle of an Ohio winter.
During this time, I have been told by AH4R vendors to, "find a place to rough it for the weekend" despite paying over $1,000 a month for rent and having three dogs in the home.
AH4R's customer service is abysmal, with them rarely responding to calls or emails and when they do, ignoring the information which has been provided.
I have rented from several landlords throughout my life, and most of them have not been great. However, AH4R, has by far been the worst.
